Not being able to see Classic Project as an Agent

Hello,

I have created a user account for an agent for our Jira Servicedesk. When he logs in he is only able to see the Next Gen Project but the not classic one.

I see that it is part of the jira-servicedesk-users group so shouldt he be able to see both projects?

Oh I managed to figure it out. Had to add jira-servicedesk-users to the permission scheme for my Classic project
