Not all epics are displayed for "member" users

Dear Community,

in a JIRA (Team Managed) Project the member´s can´t see all Epics.

Here is my example. The project admins can see the epic with the Key-No 3. Members can´t see the Epic. Newly created Epics are visible to all. Is there any setting in the Epic which could prevent the users to see the Epic? Or is that maybe a bug?

Hello @Sven Loe 

Yes, issue restrictions can limit Members to see some of the epics, which is indicated with the lock icon:

Check if the epics that project admins see have any restriction applied to them.

In which tab is this view being seen?

Is the project Business or Software?

Has Issue Security been set on the Epic to limit its visibility? Check the padlock icon in the upper right corner when viewing the Epic details.
