I'm not able to view the pull requests which are tagged to the JIRA in the 'Development' section. I tried allowing the cooking, disabling the browser extension and cleared cache. But there is no change. I have tried the same in multiple browsers and different OS. But the issue still remains same.
Can someone please help us on this.
Hi @Sowmya Kottapalli ,
I assume that you are talking about JIRA and Bitbucket integration.
Btw, please check that you have permissions to see project/repo in bitbucket and that there is a branch name/commit with issue key on that side.
Let us know,
Fabio
Hello @Sowmya Kottapalli
Have you checked the View development tools permission in your Jira space (this only applies if you have company-managed space).

@Nikola Perisic @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ I'm to view the Pull requests in the mobile app. But the issue is happening only in the web application.

Since you've already tried different browsers, OS, clearing cache, and disabling extensions, it doesn't sound like a local issue. It might be related to the Jira integration or permissions. I'd suggest checking if other team members can see the PRs and verifying that the repository connection with Jira is working properly.

The other team members are able to see the PRs and the JIRA integration is also fine.
