Not able to view files commited in Jira

The changeset and path are in scope of indexing of the SVN but still not able to view files commited in Jira.
We also tried to re-link the application link between JIRA and Fisheye.
And this problem only appears for this case, other JIRA ticket are fine.
It would be really helpful if suggested some solution for this.
