Not able to to see test cases on JIRA board

Hi Team,

Even if I have added swimlane for my test cases in the board.

I am not able to get test cases in it.

So it appears you have created an issuetype called “Test Cases”. In the “QA Test Cases” swimlane query can you copy the filter and paste into the Advanced search for issues. Are issues returned? If not, that would explain not see8ng them in the board. If you do then pleas check your board’s filter and sub-filter to see if those issues are being filtered out by chance. Feel free to copy the two filters here so I can have a look.

1. swimlane query can you copy the filter and paste into the Advanced search for issues. Are issues returned? :   Yes I got 8 issues when I out a query in advanced serach,see screenshot attached.

2. See screenshot for filter and sub-filter(Yesterday I have updated filter for the board and there is no sub filter addedd,see screenshot attached.
