Can you try using a different browser or incognito mode and try again?

While submitting the ticket, list your email address (associated with your Atlassian account), and you can also share this screenshot displaying an error message.

From your screenshot, this is a server-side error on Atlassian's end rather than anything you're doing wrong. You have a Trace ID (26dd35990200435b92f7be241f0b747f) which is exactly what Atlassian Support will need to investigate.
A couple of quick things to try first:
- Try a slightly different site name, as the name "infilaw" might already be taken
- Try again in incognito mode or a different browser
If it still fails, contact Atlassian Support at support.atlassian.com and include that Trace ID, it will help them pinpoint the issue quickly.
