@Charu Chandak

Kindly share the screenshot of the error you get, it will help to investigate the issue.

From the overview I suggesst its Atlassian Access or Guard Lapse of subscription which can be resolved by atlassian support.

If you are org admin check the same in Billing/Subscriptions by accessing admin.atlassian.com

Thanks

Hello @Charu Chandak

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a community of users of our own Jira instances. We don't have access to your instance.

If you are having a login problem with your Jira instance, you should start by contacting the administrators of that instance to report the problem.

If you are the administrator of the instance, please provide more information about the symptoms of your problem and we will try to offer advice. What error message are you getting? How is your SSO configured?

Are you the Organization Administrator for the Atlassian Cloud Organization under which this site exists?

If not have you reported this problem to the technical support team that administers the Jira system you are trying to access?
