Hi folks,
we currently sart using jira. It´s working on desktop, mobile browser, but not on the app.
I tried to login several times, restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I allways get the message my account would not be connected with jira.
Any thoughts on this?

I'm unsure if there are any app logs you could view or extract to check for a root cause.
I haven't been using the mobile app that often but haven't had any issues with it so far.
Maybe try to reach out to Atlassian Support to see if they can assist you here. If you're on Free plan, I think you can switch to a paid trial and then get in contact with the support team. Once it is resolved, you could switch back to the Free plan if you're on it.
