Hi @Office , can you see any errors in the login screen?. If not, I´m sure that you could find related errors in atlassian-jira.log file.

Thanks for replying! I tried using many ways but i'm not able to loginI used sysadmin as user name and password by default after restored data. How to encounter this issue?
