Not able to install/update Plugins

Hello,

i´m getting an Error when trying to install or upgrade Plugins on Jira and Confluence:

We have our Jira and Confluence Apllication runinng on seperate Servers connected to a dedicated Postgres Database Server.

I configured my pg_hba.conf according to this KB Article

I even don´t see related Errors to this in the atlassian-confluence.log

Maybe somebody has a hint where else to look.
