Not able to install JIRA software cloud version

I tried to download JIRA Software cloud version for seven days, but i haven't received any mail regarding this.

There is no "Jira software cloud" download. 

Cloud is a service, you sign up, wait 20-40 minutes and are given an admin account when you go to the new url you chose (although if you've left it for a week, the trial may be over and the server removed)

Server is downloadable (big though, takes a couple of minutes), and you can install it immediately on any server you own, no emails needed.

Which were you trying to trial?  If it was Cloud, can you try a new trial?
