Not able to find the project details which are filed in JIRA

When we opened the account it is saying the following :

1.The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

2.The project configured for this gadget could not be retrieved. Please verify it is still valid on the issue navigator.

3.An unknown error occurred while trying to perform a search.
