Not able to find the filters Search bar and icons in the Jira Filters Page

Hi,
I'm unable to find the Search bar and icons in the Filters page.
- Tried in all the browsers getting the same issue.
- There is no firewall/technical issue blocking the page, it has been given full permission.
- Works well in normal host, but doesn't work in Cloud environment.
Can you please suggest if there is a way to mitigate this issue?
