Not able to find "Custom Field" in API

I have created a custom field under the category name.
this custom field is seeing me on my ticket screen, but not in the API.
This field is being found in the view page source. 

Field added on 3 screens.
1.Create Request Screen
2.View Request Screen
3.Edit Request Screen.
