Hi Team,
Few months back I had created Jira on cloud and the URL looked like
I had created kan-ban board & updated it several times. Now, after several months when I try to login to the URL it says "YOur Atlassian Cloud Site is unavailable"
What could be the possible issue?
It appears that the previous free plan cloud site was inactive for a period beyond 120 days. For Free plan sites, when this happens the site is deactivated. That appears to have happened on August 1st. From that point we only kept the existing data for a period of 60 days per our data retention policy. As such that data has already been deleted from our services.
If you had a backup of that data, then it might be possible to restore this to your new site, but otherwise Atlassian no longer has a copy of the data from that site.
Regards,
Andy
Hey Andy,
Thanks for the prompt response.
I get that my data is deleted & no worries I shall create again. This time I shall make sure I access it frequently but thanks for the info, it help.
Cheers!!!

Hello @Shyam Kukreja
Welcome to the community.
Did you set up a free site, or did you pay for a subscription?
If you set up a free site, has it been 120 days or more since you last logged into the site? Free sites that are inactive for 120 days are deactivated by Atlassian, as per this page:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/

Hi Trudy,
Thanks for the answer. Highly appreciate it.
It was a free set-up & yes, its been more than 120 days that I updated it the last time.
Is there any way I can request for a restore as I would be using it going ahead ?
Regards,
Shyam Kukreja.
