I am looking to extend the limit for the property 'jira.search.views.default.max' to export the JIRA issues.
However, I am not able to find the same. I have checked with the admin to the project. There is no such property available.
Could you please assist as we need to automate the JIRA export via jql and the export limits to the default number(which is 50). Is there a way the limit can be increased?
Hi @Aditi Goel
Based on my knowledge, it is not possible to change this limit in Jira Cloud. You can watch and vote for that - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-45639
So far Atlassian published workaround for that - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/export-over-1000-results-to-excel-from-jira-cloud-779160833.html
Regards,
Seba
Thanks for the above!
But I am trying to export the JIRA issues via API and the export limit is 50 there.
Even if we increase the limit on API URL, still it gives just 50 results. We want the export to have the same as in JIRA jql. How do we increase that limit from APIs?
Thanks.
