Not able to create folders inside structure

Hi,

I'm trying to create a folder called A inside  Repository Z. 

I'm unable to do and getting this error  t will be impossible to add it to the structure because of the automation installed. 

How can we resolve this issue?

Please can you show a screenshot of the error? Please anonymise any sensitive information about your context.

Alternatively, (or at the same time) you can open a ticket with the vendor, who should be able to help - Structure by Tempo - Jira Portfolio Management & PPM | Atlassian Marketplace
