Not able to connect to Github Organisation from JIRA

Getting different errors while connecting Github Organisation from JIRA App.

The Githup account is mine, Organisation and repository is created by me, Connector App is created by me and all the client id and secret are of my ID.

Still not able to connect to Github repositoy and complete the Backfilling.

Gets variety of errors starting from 'User is not the Admin' , Connection was lost, Etc.
Please suggest.

Thanks for your suggestions. I am following these steps which are shared by you.

We are using Github Server Application. I am able to reach till the phase where it asks for connecting the Organisation in Github, but once clicking on Connect there are different errors that occurs. 

Once it had got connected as well, the backfilling was also completed, but after some time it again got disconnected. 

Sometimes even gets error post clicking on 'Connect a Github Organisation' button from JIRA configuration page.
