Not able to connect Atlassian Marketplace to update add ons

Hi,

     We are not able to connect Atlassian Marketplace to update add-ons. getting following message.

The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable. To avoid problems when loading this page, you can disable the connection to the Marketplace server.

And following coming in log.

pacException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:
 sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

This might can happen if you have a proxy server through which JIRA tries to connect to the marketplace and you did not configure all the proxy settings properly or by missing certificates in the certtficate store of the java that runs the JIRA server.

Thanks Boris,

We are not using proxy,

We tried these steps and import the certificate but this did not help us.
