Not able to complete Slack setup (no verification e-mail)

Hi! I've been trying to get the verification email to setup connection slack but it has been an impossible thing. I can access Jira fine and do get e-mails for updates on boards/in projects. I have tried getting a verification link twice now and it doesn't show up.

1. I have checked my quarantine list and spam folder
2. I can get notifications in mail
3. My email server is not blocking any domain or site
4. I did google to find a solution

What I saw on the forum is that there might be a "suppression list". Is that a list based on individual e-mails or on domains? I am using iCloud private relay so if it is based on domain, you guys might want to change that (as 1 broken iCloud address will fail all). But I guess it could also be a problem with the mail-service? anyways, I'd like to see it fixed as now I cannot continue in setting up slack and GH integration.

I now used this random pop up to set up the connection the other way around and that seems to work. I will see if the notifications work.

Can you share link to the instructions that you followed to setup up the connection?

Unfortunately there is not really a "Link" I think. I used the "Add app" through Slack itself. I'll have a look if I can get you a hyperlink for that.

It is the log in button on the App DM that prompts to connect, and then I get this

  

With the correct e-mail just below that.

I do get e-mail notifications from this forum on that address so that does seem to work.
