Not able to add attachment in Comment box using "attachment" icon.

Not able to add attachment in Comment box using "attachment" icon.

When clicking on attachment icon in comment box. Its getting disappeared.
I want to attach a file from Edit screen only. But not able to do. Please help me on this.
I have shared 2 screenshot where first one with attachment icon and other screenshot where its gettnig disappeared after clicking on it.

Hi @Pramod.Kumar.Ojha !

First of all, please verify whether you have Attachment field included in edit screen. If so, maybe do you have any property where you (or someone from your company) have restricted adding attachments in a specific status?
