Not able to access to ECOHELP

Hi, i'm trying to submit a marketplace app and i'm having troubble accessing to the ECOHELP ticket, always seems i does not have permissions to access with my user, but if i try to see on the portal i see the error

Also i try to for example open a support ticket, cause i have a premium confluence so that't the only way i found to contact with support, but they are unable to solve my access to the ECOHELP.

Also i try to register on the portal, our mail, that we have a domain.
support@alchemistdev.es
but always the register link, comes whit ? 


so i'm not able to see how my approval status is, and if they need something for me to be approved i could no send it to they.
