I'm able to access to JIRA and able to create ticket as needed. But when experts provide report using links I'm not able to access them. It says logon failed.

Yes, I'm able to log in but when I click in report links it asks for some certification and then logon error pops up.
Either that link is not accessible for every user or your account have some restrictions. Please contact with support team.
