Not able to access Jira

We facing following error while accessing Jira.

"Unexpected exception during JIRA startup. This JIRA instance will not be able to recover. Please check the logs for details"

For Reference, Noe that this happens when we got power failure and when we restarted the server faced such issue.

Pls suggest solution / step to fix it ASAP.

Often refers to a problem with the database, but you need to do what the error message says: Read the logs.

The logs will contain details on why it has failed.
