I have setup Jira Cloud to be connected to Slack. I have logged in using my Jira account. But when I try to connect a Jira project/space, it doesnt show any sites. I have checked all the permissions that I could find but not sure why my site selection drop down is blank. This is what occurs for me.
Hello, Good day. You user account has Jira admin permission?. If yes, could you try from web browser version of slack and check the HAR logs?
Thanks for the update. Please access the following URL and expand the slack workspace to make sure it is in verified status and not in need review status. Change the sitename to your actual site name.

Hello @Mohanraj Thangamuthu
I have same issue, I tried with browser version and still it doesn't show any Jira Project, even though I put my jira project on public.

Couple of things to add, I'm using free plan for now for Slack and Jira. When I go to Add apps on slack and I click install on Jira, it redirects me to the page were it says "Open In Slack". As I saw there must be written Install or something like that. Maybe thats the issue that it doesn't allow me to install?

@Mohanraj Thangamuthu @Brian Fontenot Seems like issue started with AWS problems. I have integrated jira into slack without problems.
