Not Able to integrate self hosted gitlab instance.  we are not able to connect jira to our self hosted gitlab instance. with the custom git.organisationname.com

Hope the instrcutions described in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/jira/ and its child pages will help you in integration with Jira cloud.

Also please go thorugh https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/cloud-applinks-and-ssl-691011834.html to know about Atlassian cloud app links and ssl.
