Not Able to View the JQL query Tab.

Not Able to View the JQL query Tab.

When I click on the search for issues option i am getting an empty page.

Dont know why its happening.

Can you please paste here the JQL text?

The Navigation tab itself is not visible.

When I select the search for issue, UI is showing an empty option just with my jira software deatils.

2.Did you try to access from other browser?

Hi,

The option itself was not available but we restarted the server and luckily it started running but we are still not sure why it happened.
