Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

For 20 days the admin has been doing a password reset request so we can update payment. Checked spam. Sent emails, left voicemails, did AI Chat.....nothing.

Who can help?

As a user community we don't have access to your account information or site.

Have your administrators tried to contact Atlassian directly via a Support Ticket or by filling out the form on the Billing Support page?
