No story points on sprint reports

Hi support,

Why don't we see points in the agile reports sprint view but we see them on the ticket? Please see images in the attachment.

Please note that the ticket CHSIRP-2359 (highlighted) has no poins.

• The values for each issue's Estimate are recorded at the time the sprint is started. Changing the Estimate value afterwards will not be reflected in the Sprint Report.
