No resolutions other than "Done" in Kanban board

I'm using the JIRA SaaS offering with Kanban boards, and I can't choose any resolution when closing/resolving a ticket. The resolution is automatically set to "Done", even though the resolutions are listed in System->Issues->Resolutions. Specifically, I need to close a ticket with "Can't Reproduce".

Your workflow does not include a Screen on the transition(s) going into your "done" column to prompt the users for a resolution, it just sets it automatically.

Edit the workflow(s) for the project and add the resolve issue screen to those transitions.

Could you provide more detail on how to edit the workflow to add that screen? I managed to find my way to a "Configure Screen" page, but it seems I can only add tabs, not edit transitions.
