No "Process Management" project type available

Hey all -- we do not seem to have a "process management" project type available in our Jira. Is there something we should do to enable it? Thanks, in advance.

 

(FYI, I'm referring to the project types mentioned in the Atlassian Jira Cloud KB here.)

@Charisma Riley:

When it comes to Jira Cloud, I think you need to create "Process control" type of project.

In order to create a project of type Process control, click on Create Project and then select Classic Project.

Click on "Change Template" and then select "Process Control"

Hi, @Deepanshu Natani , you were absolutely right. I just didn't have access to create Classic boards at all, so I was only seeing the new "Next-Gen" options that are extremely limited. I appreciate your help! :D
