No permission to create an issue in the issue list

We can't know who your admins are or how they might prefer to be contacted. You will need to find them yourself.  Clearly, they have not put anything obvious in Jira for you to see.

Ask the people who told you to use that Jira.  Or the people who gave you the account, or other people who are using it.

Hi @Fred Stam As per your query you need to ask permission from Jira Admin to add you to particular project role so you will be able to create the issue .

Project admin has to grant you "Create Issue" permission on the project.
