No longer able to remove completed retrospective action items

Previously I was able to remove completed retrospective action items by clicking on the corresponding checkbox. Now this function is not working anymore. How can I remove completed action items from old retrospectives?

Welcome to the community forums!

I'm only aware of this particular bug related to checkboxes/action items on work items: JRACLOUD-92088: Action Items that are copy pasted can become linked to the original causing them to update together 

Now, I'm not entirely sure if you're actually referring to this feature or if we're talking about some other feature 👀

If you could share an example, that would be helpful. Just keep in mind that this is a public forum, so it's not recommended to share sensitive info.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, sure, here is an example: below is the list of the action items agreed on the older retrspectives. Previously, I could delete them (when they were done) by checking the corresponding checkboxes - then they disappeared from the list, but now nothing is happening when I click on the checkboxes:

Can you maybe find out which app you're using for this? I haven't used this myself, so it might be easiest to find out more details about the app and then reach out to the vendor. 👀
