No issues in Program in Jira Plan

Hello,

We use Jira Plan and I noticed new beta feature Programs. I tried to create a Program in my GenAI Plan but when I selected issues with Label 'GenerativeAI', I see no issues in the Program. I tried another Plan and selected release version field for Program - no success too. Does this feature work for team-managed projects only? Because issues in my Plan are from both company-managed and team-managed projects.

Hey Yuliia, did you manage to find out what the issue was? I've been testing out this feature and seems to be working okay with team and company managed projects. 

Did you check you view settings to make sure that 'show unscheduled work' was ticked? Or that the issues you're expecting to see are either in 'to do' or 'in progress' categories?

Hi @Jacqui Nofoaiga ! No, maybe that's because I use a custom issue type for Program? Does it work for any issue type or just Epic, Task, Story?
