Since 13th Aug 2019, I am facing "No email notifications are being received by anyone" on any event like issue created, updated, reported, watcher, etc...
I have checked notifications, notification schemes, permission schemes, Outgoing Email Settings and all are configured well.
Anyone can help me with this? It would be highly appreciated.
We are using Atlassian Cloud services like Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence.

These are difficult issues for the Community to help resolve. While I can provide some thoughts it would likely be faster to reach out to Atlassian Support directly as they can log into your instance and look at logs.
