I'm not receiving any email notifications despite the email notification setting is enabled.
Hi Anoop - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Sometimes Atlassian will blacklist an email address for some reason or other. I would open a support ticket with them to see if this has happened.

If you are a Jira admin open the issue and in admin section check notification helper and enter your username Jira will show you why you are not getting notifications .
then follow those steps to get Notifications.
