No data shown in Structure, what may be an issue ?

People with the same right at the project level, as well as the structure level, cannot see the issues in the structure.

Not the structure is integrated into a confluence page, and it can be seen in this case

For some reasons the JIRA user can be log out

the user just have to login and the structure with the issues will appear
