No authentication mechanisms supported by both server and client

My outgoing emails are not working and when i try to send test email it gives below error. The same settings are working fine in my test machine. I've also referred the knowledge sharing doc  but it is still not working.

No authentication mechanisms supported by both server and client

When you say you referred the KB doc, do you mean the kb doc in the link below:
