Hello all,

I dont have any active workflows to be assigned under projects; all are displayed as inactive; any idea how can i make my workflows back active?

I think you have misunderstood what Jira means by an "active" and "inactive" workflow.

An active workflow is simply one that is used by one or more projects.  It's active because it is used.

Create a classic project of any type (not a next-gen, they don't have conventional workflows).  You'll see Jira creates a default workflow for it, which is then automatically "active" because it is used by that project.

Yes i recreated everything manually from Next gen project to classic project; my efforts are duplicated due to this issue.

Also have you tried creating a project in JIRA and attaching the newly created "Defect LifecycleQA" workflow?
