Access is granted by an admin of your Atlassian Cloud site.

Here on the forum we are users like you, we can't access sites and grant access.

Reach out to your admins of the Atlassian Cloud of Cisco or the Cisco IT department.

Access to this Jira site is controlled by your organization’s Jira administrators. You need to be invited to the cisco-jira.atlassian.net site and assigned the appropriate product license (such as Jira Software or Jira Service Management) before you can access the board.

I suggest contacting your internal Jira or Atlassian Cloud admin team to:
- Invite your account to the site
- Add you to the necessary groups
- Assign you the required product license
