No access "People in Version" Gadget

Hi,

I am getting a "No access" error with people the "People in Version" gadget. The gadget works correctly for an admin user but not for a standard user. What is the cause of this error and how can I fix it?

Hi David,

It sounds like the Tempo People in Version gadget may not be loaded properly. I would recommend accessing the 'Add-Ons' menu in JIRA and locating the 'Tempo Plugin'. If you expand this section it should display on the right hand-side a link similar to "263 of 263 modules enabled". Please expand these and locate the following entries:

• tempo-version-people-gadget
• tempo-gadget-version-people

Select 'Disable' and then 'Enable' on both of these to reset the gadgets.
