Reopening a sprint in team managed projects is not available yet, unfortunately. On the positive side, there is a feature request open for it with reference JSWCLOUD-17208.
On an even more positive note, it seems to be in the works right now.
And to conclude with the best news of all, a comment dating back to March 18th (even of this year ;-)) says it should become available within a couple of weeks.
I would suggest to watch the ticket to stay informed of future updates!
