No Plans tab in Home menu

How is it in 2025 on the most "premium" atlassian package that the Plans tab cannot be found in the home menu? Surely this is an obvious issue with a trivial fix?

In the main toolbar on the left Plans is visible or can be made visible, by customizing the sidebar menu.

Not sure where you're looking but I can see Plans in my menu (as below)?

I'm wondering if it's either something to do with the customisation of menus that's now possible with the new nav (and it's moved/hiding in the More section), OR it may be a Permissions issue?
