No Permission to add Attachments -Confluence to JIRA

Am the Administrator for my confluence page and we have intake page where other team members can submit the JIRA ticket using confluence page.

When few other team members trying to submit the JIRA ticket they are getting below error.

"You cannot create attachments on a page 'XXXX'. No Permissions to add attachments".

Base on the error message, you'll need to grant them add attachment permission on the space.

If you are the space admin, you should be able to access the space permission to grant this.

Could you plz guide me how to give that permission. coz when i followed the previous questionnaire am unable to fins those option in my Confluence.

we have all access for them, like Space permission, attachment permission, OBO group addition.

For whoever is getting error, If we give them admin access then they can submit intake.

The error message is pretty clear - their accounts do not have "add attachments" in Confluence.
