No Option to configure new smtp mail server

We are wanting to integrate JIRA with our exchange server but when go to Administration>System>Outgoing Mail there is no option to configure a new smtp server. Just an option to disable outgoing mail?

My guess is that you're on Cloud?

Where you can't set up new mail servers, as it's a restricted function (and there's already one configured and running for you)
