No Notification

No notification received on bell icon when being mentioned. But received email notification. Settings is checked for all notification to be sent. Email/In app

Usually the bell icon has delays in the notification receiving more than email. What is your notification scheme for the project, more specifically You are assigned to a work item action?

i received the email in 5 mins. but it has been 2 hours but no notification in bell icon. 

I am tagged in the comments of the work items / tagged in confluence page. Usually the notification is almost instant
