I have requested access to the Nightfall app which has been approved yet it is not available to me.

App requests are on an organization level not a Atlassian Level. You would need to reach out to your Jira Admin at your company. If you are unsure of whom that is I would recommend you contact your IT department. Whoever is the Jira Admin at your company would need to approve that.

I have gotten the approval already. When I check the Atlassian page to access Nightfall it doesn’t give me the option.
