NginAd Adserver issue

We have successfully setup NginAd ad server and the url is http://ad.retarget.guru.

We have done these steps in the platform as per your documentation .Please see the below steps.

Step I: created Demand Customer account and it was approved by administrator ,On Demand Customer console, Campaign has uploaded through insertion order and line item setup.(We have placed javascript tag for banner ad of size 300*250 and set bid amount $0.5)and this Insertion order has been approved by admin.

Step II: Made publisher sign up and it was approved by administrator . On publisher console ,added Domain name and created zone of 300*250 for it.( set floor price $0.01).

Copy the Invocation Code(<script type='text/javascript' src='http://server.nginad.com/ad/nginad.js?pzoneid=8&height=250&width=300&tld=Mediawhite.com&cb=1446020709'></script>) was implemented in the publisher website. But we can't view the ad in the website

Please guide us to solve this issue and give us a full documentation for how this platform works.
