Next-Gen Project dashboard gadgets

Are all gadgets available in classic project also available in next-gen project? If not, which gadgets are unavailable?

I am asking about next-gen projects for Jira server. Id' appreciate if you could shed some light on availability of gadgets which are available in company managed projects, in team managed projects. That brings me to another question: If I have a Jira server instance and want to use advanced roadmaps which is only available in Jira Premium and higher, is it even allowed to upgrade to Jira Premium without having to move to Jira Cloud?

Next Gen projects are a concept available only in Jira Cloud, to my knowledge. If you have some reference that says Next Gen projects are available on Jira Server, please share it.

As mentioned in another post of your, Jira Premium is a subscription plan for Jira Cloud only. Jira Premium does not apply to a Jira Server instance. If you need to maintain a self-hosted environment, you might want to investigate Jira Data Center instead.

In a company managed project, I can choose from over 20-30 different gadgets from Atlassian. Are they all available in team managed project as well? Or should I expect differences?

When you are building a dashboard, all gadgets are available. The dashboard is not inherently for a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project.

The gadgets may work differently or not at all for a Team Managed project because its architecture is different from a Company Managed project. I haven't check all the natively available gadgets against both types of projects so I can't tell you which ones might behave differently. And I can't speak to gadgets that might be available from third party apps.
