Hello there,

first time poster here.

I checked A LOT of support tickets, guides etc but did not find an answer to this one.
I know re-indexing is somehow automated now but can anyone tell me if this will fix the following problem?

status quo:

  • several different Next Gen Scrum projects with different Sprint status'
  • aligned the status' so no duplicates should be shown when searching for different tasks.

problem:

In the basic advanced issue search there are a) duplicate status' and b) old test status' that are not present on any project any more.

"Waiting for" is shown two times. If both entries are ticked, you can see "WAITING FOR" and "Waiting for". If I am switching to JQL view and start typing "status = w" it will show one, and only one, "Waiting for".

See screenshots below.

Can anyone help me on how to align the basic search? I can't ask the staff to use JQL as they aren't techies.

Thanks in advance.
F
